
Raw material conveying metering system: the plaster powder(CaSO•0.5H2O)is pumped into the raw material silo through a tank truck, and transported to the raw material measuring scale through the spiral tube for weighing and discharging.
Mixing System: The plaster powder (CaSO4•0.5H2O) after being measured enters the planetary high-speed mixing machine, and the water and Hanfeng additives are mixed with each other and then added to the mixing machine through the water metering hopper. The mixed materials are then sent to the transition hopper via the mixed material belt conveyor for high-speed, no-dead-angle stirring. The mixed materials in the transition hopper wait for the PLC control system to give the command for quantitative discharge.
Pressure Forming System: The transition hopper discharges the quantitative materials to the spreading car, and the spreading car then distributes the mixed materials evenly into the mold cavity according to the required amount per mold. The liquid pressure system is used to cooperate with the 1300-type double-pressure forming host to perform static pressure forming, and the stone-cement blocks formed are then transported to the natural maintenance system by the lifting machine.
Natural maintenance system: the formed gypsum blocks are fully hydrated by the finished conveyor belt, so that its various test indicators are significantly better than the national standard.
Stacking and packaging system: The high-level palletizing machine neatly stacks fully hydrated gypsum blocks, and the automatic packaging machine packages them for storage or delivery.
Waste recycling system: If the waste generated during the production process can be proportionally and quantitatively recycled to the waste elevator, and then lifted and transported to the raw material measuring scale, mixed and stirred with new raw materials for reuse.
The entire production system is fully automated and intelligent by PLC control system, with a product qualification rate of over 98%. From raw material mixing to product qualification rate of over 98%. From raw material mixing to product stacking and packaging, it takes no more than 15 minutes, and the annual production capacity of one production line is over 100000 cubic meters. Working life can reach 15 years, effective usage power of 180kw.
